The Heaviest Apple Ever Harevsted

Apples are among the most popular fruits in the US and Europe, easy to cultivate, store and transport.

Apples can be purchased year round in the most of large cities of our planet.

Kids and adult people usually love eating apples, and some of us may wonder, what was the heaviest apple ever harvested?

The world's heaviest apple was cultivated by a farmer Chisato Iwasaki, who lives in the city of Hirosaki.

In October 2005, he discovered a huge apple in his garden.

It turned out that the apple was as heavy as 4 pounds and 1 ounce or 1,849 grams.

As Guinness World Records Book states, this very apple should be considered the heaviest apple ever harvested on earth.
